Thank you for your interest in our 2000 Donzi 28ZX, Purple Haze. We bought this boat at the end of the season in 2000 and my wife and I have had a lot of fun with it. The reason we are selling the boat is that we are not getting enough use out of it to justify keeping it. We absolutely love the boat but my wife is working out of town and it is tough finding the time to use it. We receive compliments on the boat wherever we go. The Donzi is very fast (75+mph), drives easily, and rides very smoothly. It has two Mercruiser 350 cu.in 300 hp engines with Bravo I sterndrives and a stainless steel Mirage props with 23" pitch. Options include High Roller graphics, transom shower, fire extinguisher, fume detector, Thru-Hull Exhaust, digital depthfinder, hour meters, and upgraded Sony stereo with CD. The boat has dual batteries, cockpit cover, and full-length cover and has been dry-stored since new. Also included is a dual-axle Magic Tilt aluminum trailer.
